The customer, hereinafter referred to as "the Subscriber"
On the one hand, and JCS Web , whose trading name is "Smart-Tribune", a simplified joint stock company, with capital of 36,436 euros registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 534 318 647 whose registered office is located at 19 rue du 4 Septembre 75002 Paris , represented by Mr. Jérémy Gallemard in his capacity as Chairman.

Hereinafter referred to as "JCS Web" or "Smart-Tribune"

On the other hand, JCS WEB
and the Subscriber are hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as the "Party".

Preamble

JCS WEB, whose trade name is "Smart Tribune", is a simplified joint stock company with capital of 36,436 euros, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 534 318 647, whose registered office is located at 19 rue du 4 Septembre, 75002 Paris, represented by Mr Jérémy Gallemard in his capacity as Chairman.

The design, graphics, content and organization of this site constitute original works and are the sole property of JCS Web SAS.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation or use constitutes an infringement within the meaning of articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code and exposes its author to civil and criminal penalties.
